Let buildup our chest at home 🏑


1.i will be teaching you guys how to build your chest in this section... this section is for the beginners.
You can buildup your chest in 30days, no need of going to the gym, no need of stressing your self any more.
Just try to do this exercise early in the morning at 🏑 , at least five days a week and I will post another exercise every Sunday evening

            Let go guys πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
START with(jumping jacks) 30sec
 Rest for 30sec.....

2.(INCLINE PUSH-UPS)*6..prepare a BENCH

 Rest for 30sec......
3.(PUCH-UPS)*4.. do this on a MAT

  • Rest for 30sec.....

4.(WIDE ARM PUSH-UPS)*4..do this on a MAT




6.(KNEE PUSH-UPS)*4...

Repeat those exercises again except 
            (JUMPING JACKS)

7.(COBRA STRETCH)*20secs this exercise will stretching your abdominal 
Rest for 10secs

8.(CHEST STRETCH)*20secs

         That all for today see you next week
