1.i will be teaching you guys how to build your chest in this section... this section is for the beginners.
You can buildup your chest in 30days, no need of going to the gym, no need of stressing your self any more.
Just try to do this exercise early in the morning at 🏡 , at least five days a week and I will post another exercise every Sunday evening

START with(jumping jacks) 30sec
Rest for 30sec.....
2.(INCLINE PUSH-UPS)*6..prepare a BENCH

3.(PUCH-UPS)*4.. do this on a MAT
4.(WIDE ARM PUSH-UPS)*4..do this on a MAT
