Hello 👋 guys in this section I will teach you how you can buildup your laps at home 🏡.....just practice those exercise below ⬇️⬇️... this exercise last for a week and I will post the next step next week Sunday

1..start with (SIDE HOP)*20sec 
REST FOR 10sec 

2..(SQUATS)*12

 

3..(SIDE LYING LEG 🦵 LIFT LEFT)*12
do this on the MAT.lie down on your side with your head rested on your right arm.lift your upper leg 🦵 up and return to the start position.

 

4..(SIDE LYING LEG 🦵 LIFT RIGHT)*12

  

5..(BACKWARD LUNGE)*14
stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your hand 🖐 on your hips...use the two legs one after the other...

 




6..(DONKEY KICKS 🦵 LEFT)*16

 



7..(DONKEY KICKS 🦵 RIGHT)*16





REPEAT THOSE EXERCISE ONES AGAIN EXCEPT  THE NUMBER ONE ☝️ AFTER THAT YOU CAN DO THE STRETCHING 🙆‍♀️ BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

8..(LEFT QUAD STRETCH WITH WALL)*
30sec
9..(RIGHT QUAD STRETCH WITH WALL)*
30sec
