START with 1...(JUMPING JACKS)*20sec
  
REST FOR 10sec

2..(ABDOMINAL CRUNCHES)*16...do this exercise on a MAT

REST FOR 30sec 

3..(RUSSIAN TWIST)*20...sit on the mat, twist your waist and make sure your two hands is moving from right to left, if feel is too easy raise up your legs 🦵 from the floor 
 

4..(MOUNTAIN CLIMBER 🧗‍♀️)*16..do this on a MAT not on the MOUNTAIN ⛰ 🤣



        REST FOR 30sec

5..(HEEL TOUCH)*20..each side 10
REST FOR 30sec

6..(LEG RAISES)*16
  
                                    REST FOR 30SEC 

7..(PLANK)*20sec

 
    REPEAT DOES EXERCISE ONE ☝️ MORE TIME EXSEPT (jumping jacks) AND START THIS BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

8..(COBRA STRETCH)*30sec
  
REST FOR 10sec

9..(SPINE LUMBAR TWIST RIGHT AND LEFT)*30sec for each side to be easy try and rest your back on the ground
